What kind of posters do you sell?Framely offers high-quality printed and framed posters featuring original designs and curated artwork. Each piece is made to order and professionally framed.

Are the frames included ?Frames are only included if you choose the framed option when ordering. If you select “print only,” you will receive the poster without a frame.

How long will my order take?We process orders in 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary by location but typically take 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link when your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?Currently, we ship to USA, Canada, UK. We are working to expand our shipping options.

Can I return my order?We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery. Sale, custom, or personalized items are final sale. Replacements are only provided for items that arrive damaged, with photo and video proof required within 48 hours of delivery.

My order arrived damaged — what should I do?Please email us at Shop@framelystudio.com within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos and videos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement if the damage is verified.

Can I request a custom size or frame color?At this time, we offer the sizes and frame options listed on the product pages. We may offer more custom options in the future. You can also email us with your request at Shop@framelystudio.com and we may be able to customize ad needed — stay tuned!
